原推：@adietrichs Yeah I agree. My earlier hypothesis that the main problem was low priority fees now seems likely wrong (CC @MicahZoltu for helping me see this). Every time I get an unexpected >2 min inclusion delay, when I look carefully it’s always a basefee issue.
