原推：@RichardHanania I suspect many Ukrainians would say that reinforcing norms strongly benefits Ukraine too: can they live the next few decades in peace, or are they stuck with constant fear that a future Russian leader, seeing that rounds 1 and 2 both led to territorial gains, tries for round 3?
