原推：@robinhanson @AnthonyLeeZhang Though maybe there’s a market-incentives argument that the gov should auction the land off into a Haberger tax scheme, and use the proceeds to buy up 2x more land and put *that* under the same scheme, so you have 2*X hybrid property instead of X full-gov property.
